Company Profile

The company was originally established in 1979 by two ex Lloyd’s brokers, Michael and Christopher Whitehouse. Serving mainly corporate clients the business developed by way of referrals from existing clients and natural growth.

Having worked for the firm for several years and having shown a real enthusiasm to succeed, Allen Porter was promoted to Office Manager in 1996. The retirement of Christopher and the subsequent retirement of Michael in 2004 paved the way for Allen to purchase the business in 2004.

We are a nimble, pro-active company which doesn’t just rest on it’s laurels. At the forefront of our belief is the view that in order to keep developing our business we need maintain close and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, insurers and our professional introducers. We make sure that we are continually reviewing what we do and how we do it.
